We are finishing off the year with great news!

Since beginning the Save a Life for Scotland campaign in 2015, our amazing partners and supporters have equipped more than 300,000 Scottish people with CPR skills. What a milestone!

Thank you to everyone for feeding back their numbers, pushing the number of newly trained lifesavers over the 300,000 mark. We are now more than halfway to our goal of equipping an additional 500,000 people living in Scotland with CPR skills by 2020. Every person counts towards improving Scotland’s cardiac arrest survival rates so keep going!

Awesome work folks – here’s to a new year of reaching more people with the news that CPR can save a life.

Have any upcoming events? Let us know so we can help support!

Check out the clip in the comments section below.

Professor Oberon may be an expert in cartography but his #CPR skills could use some work. When performing chest compressions, keep your arms straight and shoulders above your hands. Press down hard on the centre of the chest.
